Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 1, 2023, Unit Corporation (the Company) issued a press release announcing the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $2.50 per share of common stock for the second quarter of 2023. The dividend will be paid on June 26, 2023, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 16, 2023.

The second quarter dividend will be funded by cash on the Company’s balance sheet.

The payment of future dividends will be made at the discretion of the Board and will depend on the Company’s results of operations, cash flows, financial position and capital requirements, as well as general business conditions, legal, tax and regulatory restrictions and other factors the Board deems relevant at the time it determines to declare such dividends.

A copy of that release is furnished with this filing as Exhibit 99.1.
