On June 6, 2023, Skyline Bankshares, Inc. issued a press release announcing the change in the trading symbol for its common stock on the OTC Markets Group’s OTCQX tier from “PKKW” to “SLBK” effective June 7, 2023. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
