On August 3, 2023, Electriq Power Holdings, Inc. (formerly known as TLG Acquisition One Corp.), a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), announced that it entered into an agreement with the City of Goleta, California, to deliver affordable, sustainable, and resilient energy to Goleta residents through fully financed residential solar-plus-storage microgrids. A copy of the press release issued by the Company is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
