Other Events Second Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

On August 14, 2023, the Company issued notice for its second Annual General Meeting, scheduled to be held at 11:00 a.m. (British Summer Time) on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at St. James’ Court, the Taj, 54 Buckingham Gate, London, SW1E 6AF, United Kingdom which has been sent to Shareholders.

The Company has also published its Annual Report under UK Companies Act 2006 for the financial year ended March 31, 2023. Copies of the Company’s notice of Annual General Meeting and Annual Report under UK Companies Act 2006 for the financial year ended March 31, 2023 are available on the Company’s website (https://investor.renew.com/).
