On October 9, 2023, Supernus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Supernus” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it had resubmitted its New Drug Application (NDA) for SPN-830 (apomorphine infusion device) for the continuous treatment of motor fluctuations (OFF episodes) in Parkinson’s disease. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
