The following graph compares the stock performance of Heritage Commerce Corp from December 31, 2001 to December 31, 2006, to the performance of several specific industry indices. The performance of the S&P 500 index, Nasdaq Stock Index and Nasdaq Bank Stocks were used as comparisons to Heritage Commerce Corp’s stock performance.
