On September 28, 2009, the Registrant issued a press release announcing the declaration of a $0.17 per share cash dividend to all shareholders of record on October 5, 2009 and payable on October 14, 2009. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
