Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
     On March 26, 2010, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Psychiatric Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) approved cash bonus plans for the named executive officers of the Company for the 2010 fiscal year. A description of the cash bonus plans is attached hereto as Exhibit 10 and is incorporated herein by reference.
