Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

On July 4, 2005, Jing Hong resigned as a director of the Registrant, Kun Chi Wang resigned as the Chief Technology Officer and a director of the Registrant and Wang Jian Zhou resigned as the Vice President and a director of the Registrant.
