On January 11, 2006, Tripath Technology Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release entitled “Tripath First Quarter Fiscal 2006 Revenue Expected to Be $3.0 Million to $3.1 Million; Reiterates Fiscal Second Quarter 2006 Revenue Guidance of $3.5 Million to $3.7 Million.” A copy of such press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

 

On January 18, 2006, the Company issued a press release entitled “Tripath Updates First Quarter Fiscal 2006 Revenue Expectations from $3.1 to $3.4 Million.” A copy of such press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
