(b) On February 19, 2015, Brian S. O’Leary tendered his resignation as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Medallion Financial Corp. (the “Company”), effective on or prior to March 31, 2015. Mr. O’Leary’s credit responsibilities will be assumed on an interim basis by Marc Adelson, President of the Company’s Medallion Business Credit division, and Mr. O’Leary’s operating responsibilities will be allocated on an interim basis between Mr. Adelson and Andrew M. Murstein, President of the Company.
