Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 18, 2007, Gary C. Evans resigned from the positions of President & Chief Executive Officer of Orion Ethanol, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Evans will remain in his current position as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company.
