On April 30, 2019, Sierra Income Corporation (the “Company”) filed a definitive proxy statement (the “Proxy Statement”) with the Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with the 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held on June 28, 2019 (the “Annual Meeting”). This Supplement to the Proxy Statement is being filed solely to correct a typographical error indicating May 15, 2019 as the record date for the Annual Meeting. The correct record date for the Annual Meeting is the close of business on April 29, 2019. There are no other changes to the Proxy Statement.
