Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

 

The previously announced webinar scheduled to be hosted by representatives of Hospitality Investors Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) on Thursday, May 23, 2019 3:00 p.m., Eastern Time has been postponed due to technical difficulties experienced by the Company’s webinar hosting services provider. The Company intends to reschedule the webinar to a new time and date as soon as practicable, and the Company will announce the new date and time when it has been determined.
