(b) On July 11, 2019, Intuitive Surgical, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Salvatore J. Brogna will transition from his role as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 2019 and plans to serve as a consultant and advisor to the Company starting in 2020 on terms and conditions to be agreed between the Company and Mr. Brogna.
