Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosures

On July 26, 2019, the Company posted its Second Quarter 2019 Earnings Conference Call presentation showing an estimated revenue range for 2019 of $14.3 to $14.5 billion on slide 10. This range did not fully reflect the impact of estimated foreign currency translation. Giving effect to the full impact of estimated foreign currency translation, the estimated revenue range for 2019 is $14.1 to $14.3 billion. An updated presentation reflecting this change has been posted on the Company’s website (itw.com).
