Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On July 31, 2019, J. Page Lansdale tendered his resignation as President and Chief Operating Officer of Saul Centers, Inc. (the “Company”) effective December 31, 2019. Mr. Lansdale will remain a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Lansdale’s resignation was not in connection with any disagreements with the Company about any matter. Subject to the approval of the Board of Directors, the title of President will be assumed by the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer effective January 1, 2020.
