CPaaS: Communications Platform as a Service. A cloud-based platform that enables developers to add real-time communications features (voice, video, and messaging) in their own applications without needing to build backend infrastructure and interfaces. ISP: Internet Service Provider. An organization that provides services for accessing, using, or participating in the Internet. ISV: Independent Software Vendor. An organization specializing in making and selling software. IVR: Interactive Voice Response.
