Explanation of Responses:

1. The options granted on June 30, 2017 vest 20% annually on the anniversary date of the grant and are fully vested after five years.

2. The initial grant of 11,617 were reduced by an option exercise in the amount of 2,324 on March 27, 2019, resulting in securities beneficially owned following the transaction of 9,293. The March 27, 2019 exercise was properly reported in a Form 4 dated March 29, 2019.

Remarks:

Due to administrative oversight by FactSet Research Systems Inc. ("FactSet"), this stock option grant was not reported as part of Mr. Robie's initial holdings in his Form 3 at the time he became a director of FactSet on September 1, 2018, which was filed on September 11, 2018. This Report on Form 5 is being filed to correct FactSet's oversight in that regard.
