Regulation FD Disclosure.

On March 23, 2020, Frank’s International N.V. (the “Company”) issued a press release to update its business outlook for the coming year and beyond in response to current and potential business disruptions resulting from the spread of COVID-19 and recent changes in the oil and gas supply and demand fundamentals. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
