OneMain Holdings, Inc. Changes its 2020 Annual Stockholders Meeting Location and Time

EVANSVILLE, IN—MAY 8, 2020—OneMain Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:OMF) today announced that due to concerns related to COVID-19, the location of its upcoming 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (“Annual Meeting”) has been changed and will be held at 1011 Centre Road, Suite 402, Wilmington, Delaware 19805. The date for the Annual Meeting remains Tuesday, May 19, 2020, and will take place at 1:00 p.m., Eastern Time.
