Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 20, 2020, Equity Commonwealth, a Maryland real estate investment trust (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing a change in the location of the Company’s 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders from an in-person meeting to a virtual-only meeting due to effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
