(b) On September 4, 2020, Sensata Technologies Holding plc (the “Company”) received notice from Steven Beringhause, the Company’s Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer, of his intent to retire from the Company effective close of business on April 30, 2021. Mr. Beringhause’s retirement notice is consistent with the previously disclosed Letter Agreement between Mr. Beringhause and the Company dated August 1, 2019, amending certain terms of Mr. Beringhause’s employment agreement through April 30, 2021.
