Section 5 - Corporate Governance and Management
Item 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On September 30, 2020, the Board of Directors of Aircastle Limited (the “Company”) voted to change the fiscal year end of the Company from December 31, to the last day in February, beginning with the year ending February 28, 2021. The Company will file a Form 10-QT with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for the two months ended February 29, 2020 within the next 45 days, as described in the press release furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated herein by reference.
