The following information is being furnished under Item 7.01 of Form 8-K: Press Release, dated December 30, 2020, announcing the Registrant’s purchase of FONA International, LLC, a privately-held company, and certain of its affiliates. The Registrant financed the transaction with a combination of cash on hand and commercial paper borrowings. Furnished with this 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 is a copy of the press release labeled “McCormick Acquires FONA International, LLC.”
