Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 23, 2021, Ross Solomon, a Director of Basic Energy Services, Inc. (the “Company”), provided notice of his resignation from the Company, effective August 23, 2021. Mr. Solomon’s resignation did not involve any disagreement between him and the Company on any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies, practices or otherwise.
