RCMW Group, Inc. (the “Registrant”) is filing this Notification of Late Filing on Form 12b-25 with respect to its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended July 31, 2021 (the “Form 10-Q”). The Registrant was unable to complete the preparation of its 10-Q in a timely matter because of unanticipated delays.
