(b) Departure of Named Executive Officer
On September 15, 2021, Judy K. Verses, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Research, and a named executive officer, notified John Wiley & Sons, Inc. (the “Company”) of her decision to resign from the Company for personal reasons. With this change, Jay Flynn, our Senior Vice President & Chief Product Officer of Research, will succeed her as our Executive Vice President & General Manager of Research.
