Item 8.01 Other Events.
On September 23, 2021, CDK Global, Inc. issued a press release announcing its entry into a definitive agreement to acquire Salty Dot, Inc., a privately held automobile insurance technology solution provider. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
