Item 8.01 Other Events

 

On Saturday, November 5, 2005 Mark R. Gilmore, Vice President of Sales, passed away unexpectedly.  Mr. Gilmore had been Vice President of Sales for Ciprico since May 16, 2005.  Ciprico management is reviewing its alternatives for filling this vacancy on both a short-term and long-term basis.
