On January 6, 2022, R. Lee Cunningham announced his decision to retire as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer – Vacation Ownership of Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation (the “Company”) in April 2022. Mr. Cunningham’s duties will be transitioned to other members of the Company’s management team.
