Item 5.02    Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On February 4, 2022, in connection with a management restructuring, Susan E. Sweeney was terminated as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of EnPro Industries, Inc., (the “Company”) due to the elimination of her position with the Company. A refocused Human Resources management structure has been put in place to further talent, leadership and development efforts at the segment and divisional levels throughout the Company.
