Due to the lack of shareholder participation the Joint Special Meeting of shareholders of MUC and MCA originally scheduled for February 4, 2022, was adjourned to March 4, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time). You are receiving this REMINDER because you held shares in the Fund(s) on the record date and we have not received your vote.

The Board of Directors of each Fund believes that the fund merger proposals that the shareholders of each Fund are being asked to vote upon are in the best interests of each Fund and its shareholders and unanimously recommends that you vote “FOR” such proposals.
