On February 14, 2022, Reed’s Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Reed’s” or the “company”) issued a press release announcing select preliminary unaudited fourth quarter and full year 2021 financial results. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. The preliminary financial information presented in this press release is based on the Company’s current expectations and may be adjusted as a result of, among other things, completion of customary annual audit procedures. The Company’s financial statements and related notes as of and for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2021 are expected to be filed with the SEC on before March 31, 2022.
