Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

On March 14, 2022, EFR 2018-2, LLC (“EFR 2018-2”), a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Enova International, Inc., amended its existing revolving receivables facility (the “CS Facility”) by entering into that certain Second Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement (the “Second Amendment”) with the lenders party thereto from time to time and Credit Suisse AG, New York Branch, as agent.

 

Among other changes, the Second Amendment increases the commitment amount of the Class A revolving loans from $133,333,333.33 to $200,000,000 and the commitment amount of the Class B revolving loans from $16,666,666.67 to $25,000,000.

 

The foregoing description of the Second Amendment does not purport to be complete and is qualified in its entirety by reference to the Loan and Security Agreement, as amended by the Second Amendment, which will be filed as an exhibit to the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ending March 31, 2022.
