Item 8.01. Other Events.
On March 22, 2022, NortonLifeLock Inc. (the “Company”) settled the repurchase (executed on March 18, 2022) of an aggregate principal amount of $100 million of its 2.000% Senior Unsecured Convertible Notes due August 2022 (the “Notes”) at a price of $1,389.22 per Note (the “Repurchase”). The repurchased Notes represent 16% of the total outstanding Notes at the time of the Repurchase.
