On April 4, 2022, ReNew Energy Global plc announced a joint venture with Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (IndianOil) and Larsen & Toubro (L&T) to develop the nascent green hydrogen sector in India. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
