Gordon Almquist resigned from the board of directors of Giga-tronics Incorporated (the “Company”) on April 4, 2022. Mr. Almquist served as chairman of the board’s audit committee and as a member of its compensation committee and its nominating and governance committee. Mr. Almquist’s resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
