All Rights Reserved COVID-19: Cares Act and PPP Participation 42 Paycheck Protection Program We participated in the Small Business Administration’s Paycheck Protection Program and funded a total of $227million with an average size of ~$284,000per loan across both rounds of the program.In addition, during the 4Q21 we added $23.1 million of PPP loans through the acquisition of TGR Financial.During the 2Q22, $19.1 million of PPP loans were forgiven, bringing the remaining total to $8.0 million. We recognized an additional $196 thousand of net PPP fee income in 2Q22 or 3% of the total original projected $5.8 million net fees; total fees realized to date are 98% of the total. $144 thousand net PPP fee income remains to be recognized.No additional fees will be realized related to the acquired $23.1 million PPP loans from TGR Financial as the fees were accounted for in the purchase accounting adjustments of the transaction. Balances from the TGR Financial pool down to $1.3 million as of 2Q22.
