Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On August 31, 2022, the Company announced that, pursuant to the Medicaid managed care RFP issued on February 17, 2022, the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services had announced the intent to award a contract to the Company’s Iowa health plan subsidiary, Molina Healthcare of
