Resignation of Craig A. Greenberg

On November 14, 2022, Craig Greenberg notified the Executive Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Republic Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) of his intent to resign from the Company’s Board of Directors and the Company’s subsidiary Republic Bank & Trust Company’s (the “Bank”) Board of Directors and all committees thereof effective December 31, 2022.  Mr. Greenberg’s decision to resign was due to his recent election as mayor of Louisville, Kentucky and not the result of any disagreement between the Company or the Bank and Mr. Greenberg on any matter relating to the Company’s or the Bank’s operations, policies, or practices.
