Item 8.01 Other Events.

As previously reported on its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended September 30, 2022, Sharing Services Global Corporation (the “Company”) announced a change in its fiscal year-end from a fiscal year ending on March 31^st to a fiscal year ending on December 31^st.

After further consideration, on November 18, 2022, the Company decided not to change its fiscal year-end to December 31^st. The Company believes that continuing to operate with a fiscal year ending on March 31^st will enhance the usefulness and comparability of information reported about the Company’s financial position and results of operations.
