Item 8.01 Other Material Event

On November 18, 2022, Odyssey Health, Inc. (the “Company”), received its research and development rebate from the government of Australia. The rebate in the amount of $313,709 ($468,727 AUD), is for clinical work performed in Australia related to our Phase I human clinical trial during the Company’s fiscal year ending July 31, 2022.
