Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective December 2, 2022, our Compensation Committee approved a cash compensation package of $10,000 monthly for each non-employee director and for its PEO/CFO, Rick Iler, with an accrual of past services.
