Item 8.01 Other Events.
On March 15, 2023, Great Southern Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), the holding company for Great Southern Bank, issued a press release announcing a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per common share for the first quarter of the calendar year ending December 31, 2023, payable on April 11, 2023, to shareholders of record on March 27, 2023.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
