Update to Notice of Late Filing
As previously reported by DXP Enterprises, Inc. (the “Company”) in its Form 12b-25 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on March 17, 2023 and its Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the SEC on March 17, 2023, the Company was unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2022 (the “Form 10-K”) within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense. As an update, the Company now expects to file the 10-K dated December 31, 2022, by Wednesday, April 12, 2023.
