At the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Equitrans Midstream Corporation (the Company) held on April 25, 2023, the Company’s shareholders considered three proposals, each of which is described in more detail in the Company’s definitive proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 23, 2023.
