BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA – April 27, 2023, CRESUD S.A.C.I.F y A. (“the Company”) informs that the Shareholders' Meeting held today approved by majority votes, the release of the Optional Reserve and the payment of a dividend to the shareholders according to their holdings that, adjusted for inflation according to CNV Resolution No. 777/ 2018, results in a sum for up to ARS 9,500,000,000, payable in cash or in kind valued at market price, delegating to the Company's Board of Directors the power to determine the form of payment, in cash or in kind, and the implementation of the payment, or a combination of both options.
