Item 5.02

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On December 11, 2019, Paul A. Conley informed 10x Genomics, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board, effective immediately. Mr. Conley’s decision to resign was due solely to time commitments and a personal decision to pursue other business opportunities and is not due to any disagreement with the Company’s management team, operations, financial statements, policies or procedures.
