Invesco Ltd. Announces March 31, 2022 Assets Under Management

Atlanta, April 11, 2022 --- Invesco Ltd. (NYSE: IVZ) today reported preliminary month-end assets under management (AUM) of $1,555.9 billion, an increase of 1.6% versus previous month-end. The firm achieved net long-term inflows of $5.3 billion this month. Non-management fee earning net inflows were $5.5 billion and money market net inflows were $8.3 billion. AUM was positively impacted by favorable market returns which increased AUM by $8 billion. Reinvested distributions increased AUM by $0.7 billion and FX decreased AUM by $3.4 billion. Preliminary average total AUM for the quarter through March 31 were $1,545.1 billion, and preliminary average active AUM for the quarter through March 31 were $1,050.0 billion.
